Before applying epoxy, you must clean everything as thoroughly as possible.
After cleaning all the dirtiest spots, moisten the entire surface with a hose and an etcher around the surface, then use your brush to scrub the floor. To get started, you'll need a brush, roller, and a two-part solvent-based epoxy, since epoxies made of solvents have a strong binding and are exceptionally long-lasting.
